Wellness Challenges
Our wellness challenges are designed to coincide with DMBA's Living Healthy Challenges so all employees, regardless of benefit status, can participate and be eligible to win raffle prizes. Benefitted employees may choose to count these challenges toward their Living Healthy Program participation and earn $30 per completed challenge. Employee Hobby Groups
Employee Hobby Groups are a fun way for faculty and staff to connect with others who share similar interests outside of work. Whether you enjoy hiking, crafting, gaming, music, sports, books, or trying something new, these groups help build community, encourage wellness, and create meaningful connections across campus. Well & Wise Lecture Series

Mindfulness Basics Courses
A 5-week course to teach mindfulness and meditation techniques is offered periodically to active employees. Click here to learn more.

Wellness Coaching
Offered throughout the year are opportunities to meet one-on-one with a Wellness Coach to learn exercise and nutrition tips and tricks that will help you get started and continue on your physical wellness journey. Wellness coaching is available to all active employees and is provided by the Student Wellness team. Click here to see if there are any openings.

Wellness Presentations
Want a Wellness Coach to come to your next team meeting or activity and give a Green Smoothie demo or present about a wellness topic? Our Wellness Coaches are eager to share wellness information with your department. Click here to see the various options. You are also welcome to request a new topic!

YFitness Classes
Employee Wellness partners with Student Wellness to offer YFitness classes that employees can attend. Often, there are noon hour options. These classes are FREE with facility membership. Visit their website to view the current semester's schedule and to review facility membership guidelines.
