12:00 pm - 12:50 pm
WSC Varsity Theater
Active and retired faculty, staff, and their spouses, and student employees
About
The Well & Wise Lecture Series is all about BYU employees sharing their knowledge and expertise with fellow BYU employees that can help individuals make inspired choices about their wellness. Wellness looks different for everyone, so the more information you have, the better you can make the right choices for you!
This month, we are honored to hear from Anna King, who will be talking to us about Social Etiquette.
Light refreshments will be served.
Well & Wise Punch Cards
We're excited to introduce our new punch card! By attending Well & Wise lectures, you can get punches on your card. When your card has reached 8 punches, you can enter it into our monthly raffle to win small prizes.
You can earn up to one extra punch per lecture by coming with colleagues!
If you forget to get your card punched, send us an email at wellness@byu.edu so we can get your card punched at the next lecture.
Prizes will be raffled at the start of lectures starting in July 2026 and you must be present (or online) to win. If your name is pulled but you are not present, your name will go back into the pool.
