Take a break from your busy week and join us for a refreshing lunchtime yoga session. Enjoy a chance to recharge, reduce stress, and move your body in a welcoming environment.
Each session will follow a prerecorded yoga class led by an experienced instructor. Participants are encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for their individual skill level.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
For now, this class will take place on Wednesdays and 12pm, though the availability of class attendees may inform what time this class moves to during Fall semester when it becomes a part of the regular Y Fitness rotation.
