Welcome to the 2026 Winter Wellness Challenge info page!
Start the new year off right by fueling your body with fruits and vegetables!
Good nutrition plays a key role in overall health—fruits and veggies provide fiber that supports digestion, immunity, weight management, and helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes. The American Heart Association recommends 2 cups of fruit and 2½ cups of vegetables daily, which is the goal for our Better Bites Winter Wellness Challenge. Aim to meet the daily goal at least 75% of the time (44 of 59 days).
Participants who complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle to win Jamba Juice vouchers.
Remember to submit your challenge between Monday, February 23rd and Friday, March 6th. No submissions will be accepted after this. We'll be contacting the winner shortly thereafter and announcing it in the following newsletter!
