TRY-athlon Exercise Challenge

Purpose:  To get people to TRY something new in the way of exercise

Duration:  One month

Details:  Each week we wanted people to try something new for exercise.  It could be jump rope, aerobic dance, weight lifting, hiking, tennis, or anything else.

Outcomes:  It created more conversation about exercise between co-workers and it let people experiment with various forms of movement to see what they like.
