Calling all active faculty, admin, and staff! Prioritize your health and make memories this summer with our Summer Wellness Bingo Challenge!
Enter for a chance to a North Face cross body bag, Picnic supplies, and gear from BYU Outdoors Unlimited!
Rules:
Complete the activities on the card to create bingo lines horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Each completed square earns one raffle entry, and each completed line of five squares earns one additional entry. Complete every square on the card (a blackout) to receive one more bonus entry.
Submit your entries online between August 31 and September 4. To enter, you must include photos of TWO activities you completed.
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 7.
Eligibility:
The raffle is open to active faculty, administrative staff, and employees only. Family members are encouraged to participate in the activities and help employees complete their bingo cards.
Challenge Completion
For those wanting to use this for their Living Healthy challenge #4, your bingo card is completed after you complete 3 bingos. You are welcome to complete more squares to get more entries in the raffle.
Outdoors Unlimited
Don't have the equipment you need for one of the activities? You might be able to rent, repair, or buy it from Outdoors Unlimited! They have mountain bikes, eBikes, and tandem bikes. They have tents, sleeping bags, and hammocks. They have canoes, paddleboards, and kayaks. They have pickleball paddles, slacklines, and Nine Square. Outdoors Unlimited wants to help YOU get outdoors, so visit their website to learn about what all they can offer you.
Museum of Peoples and Cultures
A small museum located next door to Outdoors Unlimited where you can learn about the human experience through the lens of various other cultures.
Bean Life Science Museum
Visit BYU's Life Science Museum right here on campus! It is open Monday - Saturday and is free admission. They also hold many great events that is perfect for family and friends. Check out their website to learn more.
Museum of Art
One of the largest and best-attended art museums in the Mountain West, the BYU Museum of Art offers a dynamic exhibition schedule that includes displays of its permanent collection, world-class traveling shows and thought-provoking exhibitions organized by museum curators. One of the museum’s most important roles is its contribution to the academic mission of Brigham Young University. From the research and study of the artworks in the permanent collection, to the teaching and learning that occurs in classrooms and galleries, the museum plays an important role in the academic pursuits of many students at BYU. The museum also seeks to connect to broad community audiences through exhibitions and educational programming.
Museum of Paleontology
Discover one of the largest dinosaur collections in the world and learn about Earth’s ancient life and environments. Admission is free and access is convenient. Check out their website for more information.

BYU has many wonderful events going on all summer long. Check out their tickets website to find out what is happening and reserve your spot in the fun.
Student Wellness Facilities
Student Wellness provides many places on campus to get up, get moving, and have fun. Current BYU affiliates (BYU students, faculty/staff, retirees, and their dependents) can obtain the necessary wristbands for facilities. Visit their website to see more information.
Farmer's Market
The Provo Farmer's Market is a great place to find fresh produce and locally made treats and other goods. It is located in Pioneer Park, which has many trees and a fun splash pad for kids, on Saturdays between June 6 and September 26 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Provo City Recreation Center
The Provo Recreation Center provides a state-of-the-art recreation experience for Provo residents with dozens of amenities for children, adults, seniors, and families. Spend a day at the indoor aquatic center, with slides, rock cliffs, water fall rock walls, lazy rivers, and more. Or come kick, lift, and dance your way to a workout at our fitness mezzanine while your kids play on the 4 basketball courts below. There is something for everyone to enjoy while at the Provo Recreation Center.
Provo City Events
Run by Provo Parks & Recreation, this social media platform provides information on all things going on in Provo. They are on Instagram and Facebook and advertise many activities that can help you with our bingo challenge.
Thanksgiving Point
Thanksgiving Point is a great place to go with family and friends. You can go to the Museum of Ancient History, Farm Country, Ashton Gardens, the Butterfly Biosphere, or the Golf Course! Thanksgiving Point is located in Lehi, about 30 minutes north of BYU.
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
The Living Planet Aquarium is a non-profit organization, dedicated to inspiring people to explore, discover and learn about Earth’s diverse ecosystems. They feature all kinds of water creatures, foul, and mammals. Look at their website to explore the many events they have going on.
Things to do in Utah Valley
This website is a great resource for anyone looking for fun things to do in Utah Valley, many of which are included on our bingo challenge. Go to their website to find all kinds of activities and explainations from other participants
AllTrails
Want to hike more but are nervous to traverse unfamiliar terrain? The AllTrails app allows you to find trails nearby of the difficulty level of your choosing and utilize phone GPS to follow a map of the trail to help keep you on track! You can read through the reviews and learn about the trails in your area to avoid any undesired terrain or many other surprises along the way.
Geocaching
This website is a free and fun way to get started with geocaching quick and easy. It will show you where to look for geocaches and offers a free app to help you with your search. Visit their website to join the world’s largest treasure hunt.
Pickleheads
Don’t know where to play pickleball? Pickleheads is a website to help you find courts that are available anywhere, including Utah. It can also help you find some pickleball partners if you are looking for someone to play with.
