Join us and Outdoors Unlimited for a snowshoeing adventure in our local mountains on the iconic Stewart Falls hike.
Each employee is limited to bringing one guest (12 years old or older, 2 participants per employee ID number). The event will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, from 9:00 AM to about 3:00 PM and will cost $15 per person. Rental snowshoes, a shuttle ride, and a light lunch and snacks are all included in this price.
Please make sure that you and your guest register separately to ensure your spots on the trip.
Waivers
Each participant must fill out a BYU waiver which will be sent out in the confirmation email upon registration.
Registration
Please register to reserve your spot and pay for your rentals. If you want to pay with Cougar Cash, provide your 9-digit employee ID number and enter the coupon code COUGARCASH at checkout.
Each participating individual, whether employed by the university or not, must register separately. If an individual does not have an employee ID number, the employee can supply their employee ID number during registration.
If you choose to pay with Cougar Cash, you will be charged when registration is finalized prior to this excursion. No refunds of Cougar Cash or credit card payments after Friday, February 21st at 12pm.
