Open Enrollment

DMBA open enrollment is from September 22nd through November 7th. Open Enrollment allows you to review your medical, dental and VSP plan benefits and make changes for 2025. Open Enrollment sessions for campus will begin on October 1st, 2025. Mark your calendars, you won’t want to miss it!

OVERVIEW OF MEDICAL PLANS

Preferred Provider Plans (PPO). There are two Preferred Provider Plans, or PPOs. The PPO medical plans are eligible for the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Health Savings Account Eligible Plans (HSA-Eligible). There are two medical plans feature deductibles that, while below market norms, qualify them for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) with their associated benefits.

DMBA has also developed an interactive plan comparison tool that considers your personal claims history and other information to help suggest the best plan for your unique situation. This is available on DMBA's website.

You can sign up for Flexible Spending for 2025 anytime between September 22nd -December 5th.
