Prospective Employees

Prospective employees are encouraged to browse through the various benefits information on the Employee Benefits page, which contains a summarized overview of all employee benefits.

If you desire a more detailed summary of the medical and dental plans, you are welcome to log in to dmba.com as a prospective employee using the following instructions:

  1. Visit https://www.dmba.com
  2. At the top of the page, hover over "Related Sites" then select "Prospective Employee Login"
  3. Employer Code: b03
    Password: Benefits
  4. Select "Medical " or "Dental " from the plan type menu
  5. Enter your Utah zip code or use BYU's zip code (84602).
  6. Click on the "View Comparison" button to see what options are available

Prospective employees may also pick up a benefits packet from the Benefits Office at D-240 ASB. If you have any questions, please contact the Benefits Office.
