Companies Verification of Employment
Companies trying to obtain a Verification of Employment dates, position titles, and wage inquiry:
We will need a Signed Release attached to the requesting email, including full name and birth month and day in order to complete this employment verification. Please be sure that it releases employment information and wage if desired.
Please send the signed release to our email address: Employment-verification@byu.edu. Please note: Be advised that sending full social security numbers is a violation of Utah State Code, as well as BYU policy. We request that in the future, you redact full social security numbers when sending documents via email. Our employees’ security is our top priority.
