There are two dental plans to choose from. Both are provided by Deseret Mutual.

You can only change dental plans during the open enrollment period in October every year. The choices you make in open enrollment will be for the next calendar year starting January 1. If you don’t make any changes, you will automatically keep your current plan.

Deseret Dental covers 50% of services up to a maximum of $1,500 per person, per year. Has a $50 per person or $150 per family deductible. Routine dental visits are covered 100%. Orthodontics are covered at 50% up to $1,500 per person, per lifetime.

Deseret Dental PLUS covers 80% of services up to a maximum of $2,000 per person, per year. Has a $50 per person or $150 per family deductible. Routine dental visits are covered 100%. Orthodontics are covered at 50% up to $2,000 per person, per lifetime.
