The women's services and resources department at BYU provides one-on-one nutrition and wellness consultations to help you achieve a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. Spouses and friends are welcome to join the consultation as well.
Topics you might want to cover in your consultation include emotional eating, healthy weight loss, nutrition for exercising, grocery shopping on a budget, balanced eating with a busy schedule, active lifestyles, and sleep recommendations.
